General Terms and Conditions
Superior Power Products Ltd. accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Debit, or Cash for goods and services.

Sales on open account are due net 30 days from the date of invoice. A service charge of 2% per month may be charged on any outstanding balance.

All products are sold F.O.B. our Calgary facility unless alternate arrangements are made.

Return Policy
Superior Power Products will not accept returns without prior authorization from Superior Power Products. Proof of purchase is to accompany all return requests. Products must be unused, undamaged, and in the original packaging for a return to be accepted. Obsolete or discontinued products will not be considered for return. Superior Power Products reserves the right to deny returns submitted 30 days after the date of purchase. Returns are to be dropped off during normal business hours or sent via prepaid freight. Special order returns may be subject to a restocking fee. 

Warranty Policy
Parts, products and services provided by other manufacturers are warranted to the extent of the original manufacturer’s warranty. In no event, shall Superior Power Products Ltd. be liable for breach of warranty by other manufacturers.

Components remanufactured by Superior Power Products are warranted to be free from defects and workmanship for a period of 6 months from original date of sale. Superior Power Products Ltd. will not be held responsible for any failure resulting from abuse, misuse, improper installation, lack of maintenance, or operation outside of OEM guidelines.

Towing, downtime, and expenses are not covered under any of these warranties. These are limited warranties and as such; cover defects in material, workmanship, or where indicated. These warranties do not extend to parts damaged by misuse, accident, improper installation, improper maintenance, incorrect, contaminated or lack of lubricant, incorrect usage, or use in violation of instructions provided by the OEM manufacturer.

These warranties do not cover normal service wear. In no event shall Superior Power Products Ltd. be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Any products suspected of having a warrantable failure must be returned within the warranty period to Superior Power Products Ltd. for examination. If a new, rebuilt, or reconditioned product is determined by Superior Power Products Ltd. to be defective, it will be repaired or replaced at the sole discretion of Superior Power Products Ltd.
